Dear Mr. Joshua Fredenburg,

I just wanted to say thank you for coming out to my school today and talking to us on Leadership skills. I learned quite alot. As I am an aspiring leader I tend to take advantage of all opportunities to learn from great speakers such as yourself. I hope that one day I will be as strong and motivated as you.

I came back in from class this evening and shared what I learned with a few of my residents, as I am an RA for the freshman dorms. They were quite amazed and interested in the Generation Y theory.
